XSL is used to transform a file from one format to another. Hence there is nothing like the XSL file you describe. On the other hand, you can generate a HTML file (which is what people often want to do) that might look like that if it generates a page with the appropriate javascript. Google for a tutorial, what you want requires little code. At the same time it's hard to give good advice due to the fact I'm not sure what approach to the resulting HTML code would fit your needs.
