I would suggest spending some time (put some effort into it) creating a *small* example, with the desired output. If it's not obvious from the samples how to get from source to result, then add some clear and concise sentences detailing it. I'm afraid at the moment your sample XML is just too large and the markup too horrible to spend any time on it...
