Walter,
If you have the data tagged in XHTML, it is in a namespace that is
known. A spec that is at W3C should be enough for anyone to handle
your data. It is not your problem anymore. Your job is done.

This also goes for the browser problems. What browers are you going
to accomodate? Do you really have to attempt to solve all the client
side problems as well as the conversion? Wow! Sorry to hear that!

Now if you want your data in some type of datatype tag set, that will
be on your end to write the stylesheet or use the scripting to do it.
You might find a schema for your data already in use.
