Subject: Re: [xsl] Creating a TOC where Alpha Character does not exist From: "Spencer Tickner" <spencertickner@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 1 Jun 2006 07:17:13 -0800 |
easier in xslt 2 than 1, but for 1 what I usually do is just give myself an alphabet:
abc.tex <hmm> <x>A</x> <x>B</x> ...
Then you can go
<xsl:variable name="maindoc" select="/"/> <xsl:for-each select="document('abc.tex')/hmm/x"> ... make the heading based on the letter <xsl:value-of select="."/> make a link if test="$maindoc//dir[contains(@path,concat('-- ',current(),' --'))]"
