Subject: RE: [xsl] XSLT 2.0: Reasons for mode="#all" ? From: "Michael Kay" <mike@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 6 Jun 2006 14:21:09 +0100 |
> Could a clause to that effect be included in the XSLT 2.0 spec? We put notes in the spec where the effect of a construct isn't obvious, but we try to avoid putting in tutorial material advising you how (or when) to use particular constructs. It's easy for such advice to become wrong - who knows what wonderful uses will be dreamt up for mode="#all" in the years to come? Michael Kay
