Current versions of Stylus Studio include the personal version of
RenderX XEP, which should (according to that link) render them.  See
http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml/publishing.html for details on XSL-FO
and Stylus, or http://www.stylusstudio.com/renderx/xep.html for more
on the bundled RenderX XEP processor.

If you're not on Stylus Studio 2007, you can install an eval
side-by-side with your existing version.
