utfxdoc_xhtml.xsl handles higher level elements such as sections, paras, lists etc ... the actual syntax highlighting is done by xmlverbatim_xhtml.xsl (originally by Oliver Becker)
Thank you. From looking at the name of the file: utfxdoc_xhtml.xsl stylesheet produces the syntax highlighting in XHTML format, which is also very useful.
