 translate(assessmentType,'NotSet','Exam') -> Is what needed

That is an error it specifies two incompatible replacements for 't'
translate is a character for character replacement function and you have
specified that
N -< E
o -> x
t -> a
e -> m
t -> (delete)

but you can't both translate t to a and delete it.
