Look to my response yesterday - that's a standard XSLT 1.0 solution. It
still locks you in to a static number of keys, but it's also free from
node-set(). Either one could be an advantage depending on where you
intend to use it in the end.

I did ask first if XSLT 1 or 2 was required, msxml implements XSLT 1.
