[xsl] Building libxslt with srcdir!=builddir

Hi List,

I usually compile software with a configuratiton where the source dir is
not equal to the build dir. So I ran into a problem with libxslt-1.1.21
when compiling the software in a directory below the source directory,
because the already present  libxslt/xsltconfig.h had different options
than BUIDDIR/libxslt/xsltconfig.h. Since the INSTALL file does not say
that the build must be in the source directory, i want to ask, if builds
with src dir != build dir are inteded with libxslt.
