XSL-List has a very specific topic: XSL. This includes XSLT and XSL-FO. It does NOT include all aspects of XML. This question is out of scope for this forum. Please take it elsewhere.

Reminder to XSL-List regulars: please do not respond to off-topic messages, no matter how interesting, on list. If you cannot resist replying please do so off list.

Thank you.

Does someone here know a good comparsion of the various schema laguages such as

- Standard XSD
- RelaxNG
- NVDL
- Schematron

Assume I don't want to use standard XSD schemas: what is the "best" remaining schema?

How much are they supported by developers/community?

For which exists the best and most tools?

Thank you
Ben
