I think you need to rethink that example, because it's simply the
names of the nodes listed in document order, eg:

<xsl:template match="/">
	<xsl:for-each select="//*">
		<xsl:value-of select="concat('&#xa;',name())"/>
	</xsl:for-each>
</xsl:template>
