He did consider that and suggests to use an attribute value template for 
that where you put an XPath expresssion (e.g. /details/address) into 
curly braces. The only thing missing are single quotes around the value 
to make JavaScript happy:
  <input type="submit" onclick="OnSendForm('{/details/address}');" 
value="Send!"/>
