[xsl] format-dateTime() - displaying multiple time zones

I am using the format-dateTime() function. In my picture I want to display two
times: the local time as well as UTC. Is there a way to acheive this in one
picture? Here's a starting point:

format-dateTime($localDateTime, ' [h]:[m]:[s] ', (), (), ())
