Well in someway there are a lot of tools using XSL to make XML-XML XSD-XSD
transformations, maybe you guys have some hints if XSL can be somewhat
usefull in this process..

Please explain what role you envision for XSL in this process. Unless 
XSL is involved in some way (which I don't see) this question is off
