Subject: [xsl] xmlsh (slightly off-topic; was "RE: [xsl] How to select for ' in XPATH?") From: Syd Bauman <Syd_Bauman@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 5 Aug 2009 13:45:54 -0400 |
Hmmm.... I thought you (MK) were there when 'xmlsh' was first unveiled upon the world at Balisage last year. [Shameless plug -- Balisage is next week! If there's any chance you can make it to Montreal next week, do so!] In any case, the paper is at http://www.balisage.net/Proceedings/vol1/html/Lee01/BalisageVol1-Lee01.html and the website is http://www.xmlsh.org/HomePage. I haven't played with it much myself, but it directly addresses underlying feelings I've been having about markup for ages -- that it should be the underpinning of the OS.
