I've found a couple of my IDEAlliance papers at http://archive.org ... I see there are five copies of yours there including this one:

You are one of the lucky ones that you have an intact paper there. Some of the HTML rendered papers have missing diagrams.

I think it is a shame that the complete collection is lost.
