IB4ve tried that: every $x in current-group()/zs_absatz/listenpunkt/@ilfo
satisfies $x eq current-group()/zs_absatz[1]/listenpunkt/@ilfo

but it doesnB4t work :/

if you like your tests to be readable:

test="every $a in absatz/listenpunkt/@ilfo satisfies $a =
absatz[1]/listenpunkt/@ilfo"

if you like them short and sweet

test="absatz/listenpunkt/@ilfo != absatz/listenpunkt/@ilfo"

or probably more work for the system

test="distinct-values(absatz/listenpunkt/@ilfo)[2]"
