Subject: RE: [xsl] Para element From: "Michael Kay" <mike@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 12 Nov 2009 10:06:55 -0000 |
> What exactly is a para element? It's whatever you want it to be. Or rather, what the designer of the XML vocabulary you are using wants it to be. For example, if your input is DocBook, then para is what the DocBook definition says it is; if your input is XHTML, then you need to turn to the XHTML definition. That's the whole point about XML: anyone can define their own vocabulary, and the tags have no meaning except in the context of a specific vocabulary.
