RE: [xsl] tag with one blank body

Because way back when I first created the below <xsl:text />, it didnbt work
without @disable-output-escaping for some odd reason. So I just left it.

A non-breaking space will never be escaped, so why disable escaping on it?
Only special characters like "<" and "&" are escaped.

And the OP said he wanted a space, not a non-breaking space.
