Previously there was bug in that process, which meant it would always fetch it once to start with. The latest version is "kernow 1.7b2.zip", which can be downloaded from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/kernowforsaxon/files/ Once downloaded and upzipped, run Kernow and then go to "Options -> Kernow Options -> Resolvers" and use the file chooser to set the path to the "cache" folder in the Kernow directory.
