Is there any way to create continued headers for columnar material without creating a table?
...
The <eqpconds> element generates a block with a bold title with each setup item listed below it. The page master is set for 2 columns and this list can break into two columns. Is there a way to generate a the Equipment Conditions heading (plus - Continued) at the top of the second column.
