I believe psychopath is now part of eclipse, and not standalone; it's
not clear to me whether it's being actively developed. The standalone
part was a 2005 student project at University College, London, and
although it represents a lot of work, was not complete. The continued
development after then was to make an XSLT 2 implementation for Eclipse.

I'd be interested to hear about people's experiences with the tools.
