Subject: [xsl] XML namespace fixup utilities on github From: Wendell Piez <wapiez@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 16 Nov 2012 15:13:45 -0500 |
Dear XSL-List, I know that no one reading this list ever creates namespace havoc, but you might find yourself cleaning up someone else's. To help, I've posted some utility stylesheets (XSLT 2.0) on github, here: https://github.com/wendellpiez/XMLNamespaceFixup They do things like bind, unbind, merge, rename and normalize namespaces on elements in your XML. These are newly improved versions of code I wrote last year, described in a JATS-Con paper here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK62086/ Enjoy. (And please feel free to report on your experience.)
