I know very well that speed depends on many variables. In a pdf of very many pages with a lot of images et cetera the rank of the products when it comes to speed could be different. I have clearly stated: "when it comes too transforming my stylesheet to a pdf of 2 pages 1000 times at the command line". What I have said about speed could very well only be true for the most simple pdf, only having a handful of tables, a small logo and two barcodes, with out of the box functionality of the FO processors at the command line. But that is what matters to me because my client only use that one stylesheet at the command line.
