fn:current-dateTime() returns one,
http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/REC-xpath-functions-30-20140408/#func-current-dateTime

as does xs:dateTimeStamp('2011-11-11T11:11:11Z')

if the implementation supports XSD 1.1.
