[the title incorrectly includes XSLT - I've asked the Communications
team to fix that, sorry]

XQuery 3.1 - as the draft stands - includes new data structures,
functions, operators and syntax for working with arrays, so that XQuery
applications can work more cleanly with non-XML data structures such as
one might transmit using JSON...
