Subject: Re: [xsl] Re: "if-condition-return something" idiom : is it possible in XSLT 1 ? From: "Kerry, Richard richard.kerry@xxxxxxxx" <xsl-list-service@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 17 Jun 2014 15:31:55 -0000 |
(Sorry that got sent before I'd finished ....) Assuming 'q' means '1' and 'w' means '2' ..... (ie mis-hitting qwerty keyboard). This makes the XSLT 2 version unsuitable for me as I am encountering this issue while doing Epub generation. Epub mandates a certain date format (yyyy-mm-mm) in certain elements in the output. As my incoming dates are in different formats I am parsing them and rebuilding in the required format. Regards, Richard. ________________________________________ From: Carlos Araya carlos.araya@xxxxxxxxx [xsl-list-service@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 16 June 2014 17:30 To: <xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: [xsl] Re: "if-condition-return something" idiom : is it possible in XSLT 1 ? The XSLT w stylesheets do not support all the formats the XSLT q package does so this may not be an option. In particular XSLT 2 does not support the generation of ePub books Sent from my iPad > On Jun 16, 2014, at 7:08 AM, Imsieke, Gerrit, le-tex gerrit.imsieke@xxxxxxxxx <xsl-list-service@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > > >> On 16.06.2014 15:54, Kerry, Richard richard.kerry@xxxxxxxx wrote: >> It's DocBook, which is XSLT 1, so I don't (think I) have a choice. > > Please have a look at the DocBook XSLT 2.0 Stylesheets at http://docbook.github.io/
