Just a little sad that what this does is to make a badly-designed interface a little bit more accessible. For example, the confusion in the URIResolver interface between resolving a relative URI and dereferencing an absolute URI. Sadly, the strong backwards compatibility policy in the JDK means that such design errors can never be corrected.
