HI All,

I have some xml where there are btagsb embedded in the text content. I
need to convert these into regular elements. I havenbt done any coding yet,
but I want to see if there is a general approach that I should take before I
get started.

Here is a small example:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<root>

    <p>&lt;em&gt;Business day&lt;/em&gt; means a calendar day.</p>

</root>

I need to end up with

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<root>

    <p><em>Business day</em> means a calendar day.</p>

</root>

Thank you.

Rick
