Don't take it literally. It was an in-joke for Zep fans. Jimmy Page inscribed the first few hundred copies of Led Zeppelin III with those words, and as a result, those LPs are very valuable today. As I recall, every tenth Stella CD was gold instead of silver ink up to a point, with a more elaborate number pattern, and more than one had this inscription. I wanted a few of these to stand out and be odd-balls. I believe the first 50 or so have Steve Hales' signature in the booklet, and the rest don't.
