People will flock to buy an official released collectable product. I already
owned nearly every Supercharger game before Stella came out but I was
so excited about the CD I went nuts waiting for it and did a jig for joy
when it finally arrived. If you make it they will buy it. People still
pay big bucks for Chase The Chuckwagon even though the .BIN has been
available on the net. Pirate distribution didn't hurt the 1st Stella CD
and it won't hurt the second.

Like I said, drop Polo from the CD and you can tell JTS to take a hike.
The "Exclusive Usage Rights" granted to Atari do not apply to JTS as
Atari does not have the authority to transfer those rights and since
Atari no longer exists Bridgestone can grant usage rights to whoever they
want. If people want Polo they can download the .BIN off the net.

If you want to release a CD of Atari games then make that a seperate project
from the Supercharger games. It will be less of a hassel in the long run.
Bridgestone is eager to liscence the usage rights for the games so if you
drop the JTS owned material from the CD you could be burning your
Supercharger CDs in no time at all. It's the Supercharger games that
everyone wants. Instead of putting on JTS stuff (and I think Polo was the
only Atari owned BIN on the CD) see what people would be willing to give
permission for their homebrews to appear on the CD (although I still say
the Supercharger games have enough power to stand on their own).
