I think mentally that once you hit the $20 price point, a lot of people wince, not because it's not worth it, it just tends to be the way things are. I sold Okie Dokie for $15 plus $3 shipping in the US. Labels can be made fairly cheaply if you figure that a color laser copy is $1, and you can fit 4 or 5 labels on a sheet. Good luck finding someone who will do a color laser copy on labels with adhesive! I had to have the labels printed on paper and then spray adhesive on.
