I just wanted to let people on this list know that I have just put up an Atari 7800 tech page at http://atarihq.com/danb. I will be adding more information in the near future. For those who do not know I am working on an Atari 7800 driver for MESS which should be released soon.
I am hoping to possibly get some people interested in doing some 7800 development work. The validation key in the carts is still going to be a barrier to releasing new 7800 carts, but I am looking into a simple 1 or 2 wire mod for the 7800 that would get around this problem.
