It looks like Erik Mooney did not receive proper credit for INV in our
existing materials. I did not mention the authors in the master HTML page
I provided on the CD, believing that this would be in the booklet.
Everyone is mentioned there except for Erik. This was just a byproduct of
these games being put into the CD in such a last-minute way. However, the
HTML page has a link to the Cyberpunks Entertainment online web page, and I
knew that we'd be using that as a catch-all for things like this, so after
CG Expo I'll go in and create a supplement page for the CD for this and
other errata that may come to light.
We apologize for the oversight.
