_Machine Language for Beginners_ by Richard Mansfield

A "COMPUTE! Books Publication"

This book really is all you'll ever really need. Includes a quick reference
guide of all the commands in the back, reads incredibly well (I couldn't put
it down), and really does a great start with some decent metaphors to get
fairly advanced concepts into the mind of a beginner. It really would be
worthwhile to track down who owns the copyright and see if we could OCR the
book and make it electronic, imo.
