Don't these hex > values jump around too much to fit within that address space? Yes, as someone said, only the lower 13 bits of whatever the programmer uses is actually implemented. The entirety(with I think a few _bytes_ of exception) of the 8k is filled up. Chris' memory map should clear this up.
