Atari Ascii. It has a lot of special characters that can be used for graphics. Same with PET Ascii, for the C= computers, named after their first PC, the PET.

The regular ASCII character set has a lot of open space in it, and sets like these filled them up with special characters.

In ATASCII's case they also used a different CR/LF character, ASC(155) which was called the EOL (end of line).
