There has been a discussion about Stella-emulator colors here before, and the result was, that z26 produces the most accurate ones. So, why don't you take the screenshot form z26? It also supports PAL and SECAM modes.
Look at vga.asm, there you'll find the start and endvalues for each color (NTSCPaletteTable etc.), and the algorithm (GeneratePalette) that calculates the values between.
