I also added a green border above and below the "card table" region,
per a
suggestion by zu03776, in order to make it appear more like a table.
Thanks for implementing these changes -- it looks much better. I was
going to disagree with the delay from the right until the player can
play; however, the delay feels right.
These small changes, to me, make the user interface much nicer.
