Actually I meant what type of hardware, i.e. RC filter on external delay 
line, one shot, internal multigate chain, etc.

But Adam does bring up a good point.  Does your timing start on any change 
of address lines, or just watch for specific address.  You'll eventually 
have to monitor for any change if you want to do Starpath logic.
