For a new cart, the PCB will be like $2, and I haven't been able to find the great deals on pulled EPROMs that lots of people have, so I pay something like $5 per ROM. And then there's the hassle and labor of printing a label and assembling the thing, so I think $2 to not have to destroy yet another E.T. or Pac-Man is probably worth it.
