Attached, the full source code and sample image data, and a binary of the
fullscreen bitmap drawing system.  It should be pretty straightforward to
understand.  I think the system of displaying a bitmap in this fashion is
functional - just - but don't expect to be able to display everything you
want - many images come out unrecognisable.
Anyway, here's the code for all the world to see.  Enjoy!
