Good idea! Though I'd prefer to start with 0. ;-)
But IMO defines for the 16 different base colors would be sufficient. And I can see no reason why it shouldn't be included into a general constant.h file.
One problem is, that AFAIK we still do not have a 100% reliable color emulation. So before
we call something eg. PURPLE_BLUE we should make sure, that it is not just the color that is shown in the favouritve emulator but on the real TV. Any volunteers?
