I also observed that plugging the Cuttle Cart audio cable worsened the interference. But now I can leave it plugged in all the time.
The filters are not expensive, should be under $2.00 US funds.

Cool, my screen is also VERY noisy and it gets even worse when using the
Cuttle Cart since I believe its cable kind of amplifies the noise..
