(and everyone else who's patiently waiting)

This is becoming ridiculous. The board house has had one delay after
another. The problem is, they aren't telling us what's going on each time.
They promise that it will ship via overnight on the 20th, then we were told
that they shipped after the 20th, and by standard air. The boards were
supposed to arrive by yesterday at the very latest. Now I find out that
they haven't even been shipped from China. As soon as I get home, I'm
going to call the board house and give them a royal reaming.

I'm really sorry about the delays. It's out of my control. The boards aren't
even in the country, so I have no way of grabbing them mid production and
finishing them by hand. I assure you, we're just as frustrated as everyone
else. Possibly more so...we also paid for a product that is no where in sight,
plus our customers are angry at us because they've paid and received nothing.

It's unacceptable. The latest "promise" is that the boards will be in Joe's
hands on Tuesday. "Latest, a-ok, Tuesday, promise." I don't know what else
to say.
