INV+ Final Release

I'm ready to officially finally release INV+.  Attached are the final
binary and source (unchanged from the last binary I posted, but that
probably didn't get to everyone during the downtime).

Al, you can go ahead and set this up for real in the AA store.  As I
mentioned before, I'd like this to be offered without a royalty to anyone
who previously purchased INV.  Just seems fair that way.

Thanks again to everyone who made this possible!  Especially Bob Colbert,
Nick Bensema, and Glenn Saunders, without whom nothing like this could
have ever happened.  Thanks also to everyone who offered suggestions,
feedback, and encouragement along the way.
