IMO ICC looks better, more flicker yes, but also *much* better colors
(more brilliant, higher saturation) and a higher vertical resolution
(the SpastiColour version looks quite "striped", the black lines are
too obvious). Maybe you can optimize the process?
I am using an AV (composite) modded PAL console.
