Well, here we go again...  after posting the PAL60 version the other day I
got the idea of changing the code in the regular PAL version to make the
gravity 50% stronger, so it's very nearly identical to the NTSC version,
except for all the extra scan lines...

Also the addition of the easy mode caused an extra scan line to come out
occasionally, so that's fixed.
