Thomas, can you (or anyone else for that matter) document the tricks
these carts are using?  A few paragraphs of information describing the
trick and how it's used would probably be sufficient.

In particular, any deviation from the TIA 1A manual should be
described.

If the folks writing the emulators are having a tough time getting
their code right, it's pretty unlikely I'll get my code right the first
time just because I'm using VHDL instead of C.
